Ralph is passionate about all things ocean...especially his beloved 'Downeast Maine'. He received his Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Maine at Machias and his Masters in Human Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut. After working as a psychotherapist in private practice for several years, Ralph focused his listening and problem solving skills to the field of Real Estate.
Ralph has been a resident of Boston since 2000 with 15+ years as a Real Estate Broker and over 450+ closed sales transactions. His strong work ethic and negotiating skills, coupled with his ability to listen to his clients' needs has earned him professional achievements including International President's Elite, which is awarded to the top 3% of sales agents nationally.
He uses his experience, contacts, and keen listening skills to help buyers envision the possibilities for a home after renovations, which expands the list of property choices. When working with sellers, his eye for detail and sense of space enables sellers who work with him to stage their homes for top-dollar sales.
Ralph was raised in a fishing family on the coast of Maine where he was taught the value of hard work, the richness of community connectedness, and the importance of one's reputation. He counts it a privilege to be part of something so intimate as to assist clients with the place they call home. Ralph feels he owes everything to his clients, many of whom have also become his friends.
Outside of work, Ralph is devoted to his family and friends. He can be found enjoying breakfast at 2 Cats Inn & Cafe in Bar Harbor, lobster fishing with his nephew & dad in Jonesport-Beals or water skiing with friends on Cold Stream in Enfield. He loves to cook and host dinner parties, travel, and play tennis. Ralph is also a Licensed Broker in Massachusetts.
